As the assistant manager I had the task of building and filling the seasonal aisle. When the store manager wasn't schedule my duties included overseeing the store, managing the employees, communicating with the district manager, and intake of deliveries. Working in a busy retail store has given me plenty of insight on how to effectively deal with any issue that may arise with customers/clients. As well, this type of fast paced environment has taught me how to multitask while still paying attention to small details.
