- Utilize information systems to access necessary information from students' records and document correspondences with students.
- Perform triage in the Student Services office to ensure each student's needs are met by the appropriate agents.

- Conduct secondary research and thematic analyses of climate change impact on priority countries in order to optimize the organization's humanitarian response.
- Collaborate with the program team to develop a physical and virtual exhibit on climate change artifacts in a Canadian museum to boost public engagement.
- Contribute to the development of visual communication materials to support MSF advocacy activities involving health, climate, and the environment.
