I graduated from Algonquin College for Office Administration. There, I learnt the ins and outs of various applications like Excel and Adobe Acrobat, as well as typing 75wpm. In high-school I gained advanced level experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign, I still use these applications to this day for my business.
In the last 6+ years I’ve gained tremendous knowledge of scheduling and organizing. I’ve worked for various skilled trades companies; dispatching and organizing 20+ technicians to various job sites. I’ve organized and coordinated various jobs for a multitude of companies and clients. This included procurement of goods and services, scheduling various meetings and appointments, clear communication with the clients and employees.
I’ve been working various customer service positions for the last 10+ years. I’ve been in supervisory positions, having to handle upset clients, defuse situations between coworkers. I’m a clear, confident, and professional communicator.
