Grateful to have your attention to be able to tell you a little bit more about who I am, where I come from and where I plan to go in the future!

Personal development and a new challenge are highly important to me; becoming a contributing team member would be a progressive step in the right direction. I have had an exceptional career in the Developmental Services and Healthcare sectors in a range of roles that have given me great working knowledge of business/office procedures, staffing management and Ontario employee regulations.

My background education in Disability Studies, Developmental Services and Behaviour therapy has allowed me to take priority in self-awareness, relationship management skills and take pride in creating inclusive workspaces. My experience in healthcare, developmental services and staffing solutions includes advanced implementation of record keeping management, workplace policy and procedure implementation and understanding how to motivate and inspire employees/clients and the community.

my natural ability to problem solve with outside of the box strategies will all be major asset to this role. I hold myself to high personal values which include integrity, honesty, and continuous learning so that I can positively impact as many lives as I possibly can throughout my workday and carry that into my personal life when I have shut off work mode for the day. Every job title can build a company or organization in a way that will not only add to society in a monetary way, but also add to the quality of life for clients, employees, and other key stakeholders; we all win when this is practiced, implemented, and ultimately achieved. Becoming passionate about human resources, recruiting, and employee management was not in the plan for me, but I have come to accept that this was supposed to happen for a reason and am nowhere near being done putting effort into mastering the field. I have a proven track record of being able to work from my home office where I have no interference to my performance thus far.

Lets connect and see what we can achieve together!
