Account Manager
Building strong relationships with approximately 12 contracts at any given time while ensuring
different needs are being met for each account
● Given the opportunity to work with some large accounts including some that are national and I am
able to quickly and effectively resolve any concerns as they arise
● Daily use of various computer programs including QuickBooks to submit purchase orders, invoice
clients and collect payments
● Strong attention to detail and following up consistently on all purchase orders to ensure accuracy and
good customer service
● Working daily with a multi-line phone system and email using excellent verbal and written
communication to ensure our clients’ needs are met consistently
Administrative Assistant
● Transfer information from written work orders from mechanics to EXCEL invoices, print and file
accordingly with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Regular use of Excel computer program monthly to compile an inventory of all parts
● Order parts and keep an inventory of most used parts in order to ensure our customers’ needs can be
met
● Accept incoming mail and parts parcels, ensuring all invoices are attached to customer files
accordingly
● Input all monthly expense receipts into QuickBooks, complete and remitted monthly payroll and
quarterly GST returns using computer based programs
● Manage and maintain company records, including payroll and timesheet adjustments
