Acquires extensive experience in the customer service and administrative assistant. I started my administrative assistant experience in year 2009 with an Employment Agency as an Office Administrator. Then in the following year I have been promoted as a Sales and Accounting Administrator of a warehousing service company in Canada, one of their clients which I worked for. I have also acquired experiences in the administrative sector as a Front Desk Agent and Switchboard Operator of one of the biggest Waterpark Hotel in Canada, Great Wolf Lodge. Then after a year of working with them, I was promoted to the Sales Department and worked as a Reservations Sales Associate. While working in the Tourism industry, I have decided to focus with my own travel business which I was running on the side while working. However, when the pandemic hit the world, the travel industry was shut down.
