I am a first-year undergraduate student at Memorial University who has taken classes to get broad understanding of giving secretarial assistance as well as online customer support. I am excited to handle email correspondence, schedule assignments, and conduct research for potential employers. I worked as a freelance editor for 5 months and learned time management, document processing, and how to use office and communication technologies including Slack, Word, and Google Docs.
What I lack in field experience, I make up for with originality, punctuality, and quick learning!
