Office & Finance Managaer
Reporting to the Executive Pastor, responsible for day to day operations of church office including Accounts Payable and Receivable, payroll, donations and receipting, government subsidy applications, office equipment contracts, limited web experience and database management.
Marketing/Brand Assistant
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and responsible for all administrative aspects of special marketing projects including database entry and order form production and daily telephone contact with customers. Maintain publicity contacts database, production of media tip sheets and coordination and shipping of review copies. Experience with creating sales presentations and meeting deadlines.
Administrative Support
Reporting to the Controller, responsible for arranging international and domestic travel for personnel, arranging luncheons and accommodations for visitors and in house training courses, scheduling of trade shows, all aspects of Accounts Payable, Inventory Control record keeping, reception and telephone.
