Administrative Agent
I am currently still an administrative agent at the Covid-19 vaccination clinic at the MUHC hospital in Montreal, Quebec. I started with very little responsibility, which quickly grew to joining weekly meetings, creating memos for the Covid-19 public website, creating availabilities and giving employees access to the online platform we use.
Administrative Assistant
I took on the role of becoming an administrative assistant to take some pressure off my spouse as Reno Act is his company. I perform a number of duties such as answering emails/FAQ's, creating invoices and creates monthly calendar's.
