Administrative Assistant
Assisted in daily tasks such as daily deliveries, confirming patient appointments, heading the daily meeting. Floated as a receptionist and assisted in taking phone calls, checking patients in and out. Daily inputting of insurance cheques, accounts receivables and in charge of company’s social media and website.
Client Cordinator
Daily tasks involved dispatching client help desk tickets and assisting in
resolving support tickets of my own. Created VPN’s, Database users,
password recovery and remote desktop user creation and running daily
SQL scripts. At the end of each month, I assembled monthly reports for
clients based on their monthly ticket creation.
Dispatcher
Daily tasks involved collecting guests from cruise ship pier and placing
them with correct vehicle for their tour, adding guest bookings to daily
schedule, contacting guests to confirm booking. Creating invoices for
customers who booked our transportation. Assisted in the planning of
transport for weddings and corporate events. Had to be available at
unconventional hours for weddings and events.
