Security Agent
My role in this position was to act as a representative of the company, and provide customer service to employees, executives, and customers. We ensured the safety, and confidentiality of products. I did lots of data entry in Microsoft Excel to track people, and a variety of items. We answered phones, and emails accordingly.
Project Manager's Assistant
My role here is multi-faceted. I am tasked with communicating with customers, insurance adjusters, and trades in order to ensure all restoration jobs run smoothly. I answer phones and emails on a daily basis, and help to ensure customers are comfortable/happy with the jobs being one at their home. I need to be able to multi-task as there are 1000's of files to keep track of, and hundreds of jobs active at once. I have systems in place to track files, and ensure things do not fall through the cracks.
