My name is Erika Berchez and I am a Senior Student at the Tree of Life School. I am currently working part-time at the Postal Office as a clerk, where I gained experience with customer service. I also thoroughly enjoy and am comfortable interacting with customers, since I’ve taken part of the Toastmasters Program, an initiative that teaches young adults how to communicate and speak publicly , with effectiveness and confidence. During the second year of my attendance, I earned the Award for the best Public Speaker. Morever, I fluently speak three languages (Romanian, French, and English), and am taking Italian and Koine Greek courses this year at school.
