-Oversee all aspects of the Residential Appraisal department activities.
-Receive all orders, provide quotes and supervise updates on reports.
-Assign jobs and monitor progress and distribution of reports.
-Maintain both residential and commercial order databases and verify payment receipt.
-Provide customer service including escalated complaints.
-Compose residential and commercial reports for appraisers.
-Research data using Geo Warehouse and TREB/Stratus sites.
-Investigate and analyze planning information using static and GIS mapping.
Proficient in Office 365, WordPerfect, CRAL & other Appraisal platforms.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Power Point and Access.
Education
Computer Information Systems Disploma
Computer Programming (Coop) with courses in various business functions such as Law, Accounting, Human Resources.
