Welcome,

My name is Kim, I have several years of customer service experience working in a variety of industries, including retail, medical, oilfield, plumbing & heating. I have experience with virtual positions, as Covid required me to work from home.

Within those roles, I have been responsible for operation coordination & dispatching, inventory, stock & receiving, invoicing, payment, managing multi-line phone systems, messages & email management, as well as account management & customer relations. I have experience using Quickbooks for invoicing, account management, payment, inventory, tracking & reconciling.

I am professional in all my communications and have proficient computer skills, accurate typing & experience with a variety of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft programs, adobe programs & a multitude of software management programs. I understand privacy and confidentiality requirements, along with medical terminology & procedures.

I pride myself on punctuality, professionalism, clear communications & organization. I have a certificate in Administrative Assistant and currently in school to expand my skill set with a Business degree with hopes to major in Accounting. I also hold a valid license as a medic in the province of Alberta.

I believe that with these virtual positions, its harder to get to know the person behind your position. So now that we have my professional attributes out of the way, a little bit about myself personally. I am a mom to a beautiful daughter, plant and dog fanatic, a lover of the outdoors, avid coffee drinker & reader. I am forever chasing the next book, usually self help type things. In the summer, in my spare time you can find me camping in the mountains, hiking or kayaking on a lake, showing my daughter what the great outdoors has to offer. In the winter time, I’m usually out visiting friends and family, hiking on the nice days & sometimes hiding from the cold.
