I am excited to be considered for the virtual assistant position. I have worked for several years in the customer service industry and wish to use my data entry, administration, medical knowledge, support and marketing skills in a virtual manner. I have worked with both small and large companies to provide aid to a variety of customers. Working independently and using initiative to complete tasks are traits that I have continued to hone throughout my career. I am confident I would be an asset to your team.
Each day, I provided support with data entry, basic administration, inventory management, cost analysis and medical knowledge throughout my 11 year career working in pharmacy. I am available for quick responses to inquiries while monitoring emails and platforms multiple times per day and can be reached through text easily.
I have worked on tasks that are required to be completed on a regular basis, on specific one-time assignments, and jobs that require multiple tasks to be completed at various times. Open communication allows me to stay current with other members of the team, as well as, make improvements to meet and exceed expectations.
My customer service, administration and marketing experience makes me a good candidate for a virtual assistant position. I am available through phone or email to further discuss the position.
