Experience

Receptionist

  •  Various retirement homes
  •  Jun 2016 - Apr 2021

As a receptionist I had many responsibilities, such as:

Opening the residence, organizing the day for all staff and residents, including verifying that all emails had been looked at and forwarding any that had not to the proper manager. I also checked the voicemails and relayed messages appropriately.

Also, I had to problem solve on the spot. I was responsible for security, including verifying visitors.
