I was in the lead cleaner, driver. my duties were to call the clients the night before, make sure that our cleaning supplies were ready to go for the next day. we would have different clients, between regulars and OS.

I was part of the memory care team, which entails directing activities, such as arts & crafts, doing two active activities throught the residence day, but also if their tired or their behaviour gets bad, then I switch the activity that is one the plan for today, for something they will enjoy and calm down to. I am also in charge of making sure the residence receive their meal and have a clean environment.
