About me & my previous experience:

I am a young professional with tons of administrative experience from multiple different industries. This includes retail, hospitality as well as property management. I have been working in customer service since my first position (at Bath and Body Works! Who doesn’t love a good candle?) at 15 years old.

I excel at customer service for one important reason: I love helping people and always have! I pride myself on my organizational and planning skills and I thrive in both fast-past/stressful environments as well as slower, more controlled spaces. I have always loved writing – creative, technical, and academic – and have a strong affinity for it as well as editing, proofreading, and translation. I can type 60 wpm (I am practicing to get to 75wpm+) and am fluent in both French and English. I can understand very basic Spanish and have been working as much as possible to grow this skill.

I started my journey in retail where I learned the foundation of customer service and eventually payroll as part of the management team. After a few manual labour jobs (I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty and love the rewarding feeling of a hard day’s work) I found myself in hospitality as a royal service agent for The Fairmont Chateau Laurier. There, I learned to refine my customer service skills into guest experience skills. I heightened my ability to give quality service and create professional relationships with recurring guests and managers. At the same time, I learned basic administrative skills and tons of organization skills.

From there I had the opportunity to travel and enjoyed getting to know myself, the world, and the people we share this beautiful planet with. Since COVID, I have enjoyed being a property manager with Paramount Properties. I furthered my administrative skills and feel more than comfortable administrating for any office. I was also given the very fortunate opportunity to manage three buildings by myself. This opportunity strengthened my decision-making skills as well as my confidence in all things property/contractor/rental-related.

I am a fast learner and love learning all types of new skills! I would love an opportunity to help grow your business/organization and can guarantee you will not regret it!
