I had many positions at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier including:
Front Desk Agent:
-checking guests in and out
-explaining hotel amenities
-answering questions, complaints andfulfilling requests
-Administrative duties
Fairmont Gold Lounge attendant:
-Attend the needs of lounge goers
-keep a clean and organized space
-Offering exceptional customer service (going above and beyond in every possible situation)
Royal service agent:
-Answering phone, email, text, and fax communications within a timely matter

-take care of pre-arrival guest requests
-Fulfill current guest requests
-coordinate all guest needs with other departments
-take in-room dining calls
-take, deal with or manage guest complaints - the goal was always to not need a manager and have the issue resolved as soon as it is mentioned.

Sales Associate
As a sales associate, it was my job to listen to the wants and needs of our customer base and help them get exactly that. I enjoyed helping them but also making sure they have the best experience possible to create returning clients.
