Perform office management functions including, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, calendar
management, and report and presentation development while ensuring quick turnaround.
• Act as the “go-to-person” for all departments with focus on reliving the workload of executive staff
• Ensure information is distributed to internal and external stakeholders as directed and maintain
distribution lists.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mails and handle confidential information through the organizations
secure cloud platform.
• Ensure that staff members have the required resources to effectively transition into work from home
environment by ordering required equipments and ensuring it reaches their home offices
• Responsible for management of office supplies, processing invoices and ensuring billing accuracy
• Take minutes for internal executive meeting and ensure all key points discussed are recorded
• Organize webinar for the executive staff members using tools such GoToWebinar, Zoom, Teams
