Executive to the Directors (Federal Level)
•Supporting four Directors in the Facilities Department at the Bank of Canada
•Calendar Management: Managing all aspects of the Director's complex and intensive calendars, including scheduling meetings, accepting, or declining meetings in accordance with the project’s priorities
•Inbox management: Maximizing the efficiency of email practices and minimizing the negative effects
•Organization and strategy: Business networking, negotiation and change management.
•Relationship Management: Consulting/advisory skills
•Use of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and the Banks Portals
365 System Administrator/Executive Assistant to the CEO and Directors
•Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and task
•Invoicing for all Federal clients: Region of Peel Projects, Invest in Canada, Shared Services of Canada etc
•Event Planning (Anniversary event, TEC Canada event, KPMG event etc.)
•Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
•Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
•Support in assisting with leadership meetings, Town Hall meetings and one-one calls
•Support HR in the interview, hiring and onboarding process
•Project Lead on the Summer Jobs Application Program
